Our Architects and Engineering professionals are well equipped to identity and develop designs, tailored to suit the clients needs. We regularly assist our clients with feasibility studies, optioneering reports and technical specitication production as well as offering comprehensive support at all stages of the contract from pricing to commissioning.
As a design consultancy we offer a one stop shop' for all elements of the scheme from architectural design and civil & structural engineering to mechanical & electrical engineering, whether 'lineside', on depots or at stations.
As well as new builds, we regularly assess the condition and suitability of existing buildings and superstructures, in the form of dilapidation and condition surveys through to scoping and detailed design to suit the proposed use.
Other lineside structure designs include OLE and signal gantries, bespoke equipment support structures and retaining structures of all types i.e. minor ballast board retaining walls, gabion walling, masonry, pre-cast and cast in situ concrete retaining walls, through to king post (universal column/universal beam) and block or sheet piling retaining structures.
